To be fair we have women pastors who heartily agree effeminacy has a very negative effect on the church and the world we are commanded to go into to share the gospel.

I am a 'full gospel' follower of Jesus Christ. I haven't attended church regularly for almost 15 yrs. Most of the churches I've been in are full of lovely Christian people, but they don't have an outreach for the lost. And I'm not interested in 'social gatherings/potlucks' etc.. I have many believing friends that I can communicate with and share pieces of our lives and pray for each other on social media (I hate FB but if I leave it, I'll lose that fellowship!) I have some Christian neighbors that I've tried to encourage to gather for Bible studies, etc, but they are so wrapped up in family in the area and 'busy' at their church, they don't have time for the rest of us... I need to pray more for local fellowship!

As an almost 60 year old single woman, I don't recognize this church. While I'm sure it applies to some, I find many of our male-led megachurches to be so busy trying to copy the culture they've lost sight of being salt and light. Maybe if we truly discipled and focused on growing up in all things so that we lead by example (healthy relationships, joy, the peace that passes all understanding) - we might not be so easily ignored (or ineffective).
