Agreed, Annie. The three cited elements required for helping a child develop his/her reflective, analytical intelligence on the path to fully functional maturity are, as given, crucial in providing the optimal discipline required to cultivate higher ordered intelligence. [I read 'Hilarius Bookbinder's' expostulation with amused interest, also.]

Unfortunately, the same 'Diversity' that the progressive liberal left makes such an anarchistic kerfuffle about works to defeat this plan, since in order to succeed, it requires heterogeneous social/cultural uniformity (with shared, singular and agreed upon attitudes, objectives and aspirations) to obtain throughout a culture. "Diversity" as the simple-minded understand it, implies a Heinz-57 cultural mix in which nothing ends up as a 'shared value', hence it becomes nigh impossible to achieve this ambition in a larger, more meaningful functionally effective sense. Think of it as a choice between 'frenetic, random chaos' on the one hand and 'order and collective consistency' on the other.

True (intelligent) diversity promotes equitable appreciation for and consideration of all cultures, outlooks and attitudes...as long as a nation subscribes to a certain national congruency as a whole in specific, key areas of cultural planning and development. The existing, dumbed-down "diversity" is an inherently antagonistic, segmented and thoroughly disharmonious state of capricious social construct in which it becomes impossible to permit reason, thoughtfulness and analytical intelligence to rise above all the racial and cultural dreck, and nihilistic turmoil that has such emotional appeal to the dumbed-down, undisciplined 'diverse' masses.

Perhaps in the best of all possible Americas, but not, sadly, in this Woke/DEI nation of ours! Perhaps in a country like Japan of 40 years ago or a Germany of 70 years ago.
