Exactly! This reminds me of a William Cowper poem/hymn:
Judge not the Lord by feeble sense, but trust him for his grace; behind a frowning providence, he hides a smiling face.
Cowper suffered greatly in his lifetime, but yet knew nothing escapes our Sovereign Lord, Amen!
